Important Details About Your Refills:

We will get back to you with any further details we need to process your request. 

Please include the following if you select email:

1. The full name of the patient requesting the refill.

2. What you would like refilled and how much of each.

3. Which of the 3 refill pick-up or delivery options you prefer. (Options are listed below.)

4. Confirmation of your contact information and shipping address.

5. Any special instructions we need to know about the refill.

All shipping and supplement charges are subject to GST.

 

Refill Pick-Up and Delivery Options
 

Option #1: Pick-Ups

Staff will be available Monday- Friday for pick-up of pre-ordered refills. Please see our office hours / pick-up hours below. Of course you are always welcome at the office, but we do recomend that you place an order with us ahead of time so that we can collect your items and have everything ready for your arrival.
If the office door is locked during our regular business hours, please knock. We ask that you call the office when you arrive so that we can get your package ready for you. 

If you are picking up after building hours and the main entrance doors are not automatically opening, please use the telecom to the right of the main doors to buzz our office.
 

Option #2: Courier Service
 

If you prefer to stay home you can have your refills delivered to you! We are thrilled to employ a local courier with very reasonable rates. Prices do vary by delivery zone. This service is available to Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc, Nisku, and Fort-Saskatchewan.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Let us know about any special instructions you may have for your delivery, e.g. a buzzer number, or whether you would like a pre-delivery call to allow for any extra time needed to get to the door.

• The drivers cannot take payment so you will need to pre-pay for your refills through the clinic.

• The drivers will make every effort to complete the delivery. Please ensure there will be someone available to meet the driver or leave instructions on where they can leave the package. Re-deliveries will be subject to another full delivery fee.

Option #3: Canada Post

 

We are also still offering Canada Post shipments for individuals who live outside the Edmonton area. Prices vary depending on the size or shipper and where you would like it delivered. ​
