Outside of her professional life, Jamie’s love for food shines through. She enjoys cooking, baking, and foraging, often incorporating ingredients from her garden, the forest, or local farms. When she’s not experimenting in the kitchen or trying out new restaurants, you might find her out in nature on the West Coast or in the mountains, reading, crafting, or spending time with family and friends. Jamie lives in St. Albert, Alberta with her beloved family - husband Todd, Chow Chow Ida, and Persian cat Evangeline.
Jamie is excited to join Naturally Inclined Health, where she will support clients on their journey to optimal health and well-being.
