Zero Tolerance for
Harassment and Abuse Policy
At Naturally Inclined Health, we take all instances of harassment and abuse with the utmost seriousness. If any member of our staff, contractors, associates, or owners is subjected to abusive or violent behavior, it will be addressed swiftly and appropriately.

Our clinic proudly upholds the principles of the government's "Zero Tolerance" campaign for health service staff. This initiative affirms the right of healthcare providers and their teams to care for others without fear of harassment or abuse. Mutual respect between staff and patients is essential to delivering excellent care and ensuring the safety and comfort of everyone involved.

We are committed to fostering a warm and welcoming environment, where staff remain polite, helpful, and sensitive to patients' individual needs and circumstances. We understand that being unwell can be stressful and may affect behavior, and we strive to approach misunderstandings or complaints with empathy and professionalism. However, aggressive behavior—whether violent, abusive, or threatening—will not be tolerated. Such actions may result in removal from the practice, police involvement, or legal action.

To maintain the high standard of care and mutual respect that defines our clinic, we kindly ask all patients to take note of behaviors that are unacceptable:
-
Foul language or swearing
-
Verbal abuse, including insults directed at staff
-
Threatening or intimidating language
-
Racial abuse or sexual harassment
-
Persistent or unrealistic demands that disrupt clinic operations
-
Physical violence (e.g., pushing or shoving)
-
Causing damage to or stealing from the premises
-
Obtaining products or medical services fraudulently

We respectfully request that all patients treat our naturopathic doctors, healthcare practitioners, nurses, paramedics, and administrative staff with courtesy and respect at all times.

Removal from the Practice List
A strong, respectful patient-practitioner relationship is the cornerstone of excellent care. Removing a patient from our list is an exceedingly rare and regrettable measure, undertaken only as a last resort when trust has irretrievably broken down. In cases of violence or severe misconduct involving police intervention, immediate removal will occur.
We value every patient’s trust in our clinic and are committed to creating a supportive environment for all. These policies help us safeguard the care we provide and ensure that Naturally Inclined Health remains a safe, welcoming space for everyone.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
