Cancellation Policy
Naturally Inclined Health requires a minimum of 48 business hours' notice to reschedule or cancel any appointment. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM MT (excluding statutory holidays).
Patients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment or do not provide 48 business hours' notice for changes or cancellations will be charged the full visit fee. This fee must be paid before scheduling any subsequent appointments.

Appointments will be considered missed, and the cancellation policy will apply, if a patient arrives 15 minutes or more after the scheduled time.

For patients who are ill at the time of their appointment, we will happily convert the visit to an online or phone consultation to accommodate you.

Mutual respect is valued at Naturally Inclined Health. We do our best to make room for all patients in our practitioner’s busy schedules so that we can help as many people as possible. In order to do this, we need time to make scheduling changes and call patients on our waitlist. Our cancellation policy comes as an effort to respect all patients, practitioners, and staff at Naturally Inclined Health. ​
