Cancellation Policy

Naturally Inclined Health requires a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel any appointment with any practitioner. Business hours are defined as Monday to Friday 9 am- 5 pm MT (excluding statutory holidays).
Should a patient fail to attend a scheduled visit or fail to give 48 business hours’ notice of any appointment change or cancellation, the patient will be responsible for the full visit fee. This fee is due at the time of the missed visit and must be paid in full before the patient’s next booking.
Mutual respect is valued at Naturally Inclined Health. We do our best to make room for all patients in our practitioner’s busy schedules so that we can help as many people as possible. In order to do this, we need time to make scheduling changes and call patients on our waitlist. Our cancellation policy comes as an effort to respect all patients, practitioners, and staff at Naturally Inclined Health. ​
